Marketing Services Associate
Getinge is a company dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible for more people. The Marketing Services Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely materials for sales and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Catalog Assembly: Prepare and assemble marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers
- Literature Handling: Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution
- Sample Fulfillment: Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in Salesforce, and provide shipment tracking
- Tradeshow Support: Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows, and other support as requested
Skills
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures
- Good telephone technique
- Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including Microsoft Office, excel, word and outlook
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year office experience
- Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function)
- Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function)
- Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval
- Adopt the 'Beyond Compliance Quality Culture' in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements
- Sitting, Standing, walking up and down stairs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Attention to detail including spelling and punctuation
- Reading and understanding documents
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of CRM not required but a plus
