Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our lending partners by accurately transferring data from one system to another. You'll work closely with our senior team members to ensure seamless data entry and updates. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for technology, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Transfer data from one system to another system with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Type in provided data into the correct fields, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Update existing data in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to process and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure seamless data entry and updates
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Requirements and Skills

* High school degree or equivalent

• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Savvy with technology, with experience in data entry and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a data entry or administrative role

• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
