About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Cyprus. As a key member of our Content Operations & Innovation organization, you will play a critical role in facilitating departmental needs, analyzing global market trends, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $40/hour, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current digital marketplaces and transactional structures
  • Research and examine industry trends and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to aid strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine competitive pricing strategies
  • Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capacity situations
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to support financial planning efforts
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to identify business needs and opportunities
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An interest in working in the entertainment industry
  • An interest in global marketplace analysis and platform (customer/seller) experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
