Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Developing rapport with customers through upbeat and positive interactions
- Offering solutions rather than excuses to resolve customer issues
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and open tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
