Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in New York, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted subscribers, and develop strategies to improve our streaming services.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber notification drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection

• Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for notification and remediation
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or detours to business partners
• Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information
• Manage project planning and timelines and ensure cross-functional delivery to prepare for significant business events
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
