Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Online data entry work
- Product and service reviews
- Surveys and other online tasks
- Email customer service in an online ticket response system
- Communicating with clients using best-answer templates
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in using a PC/MAC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong interest in data and a desire to continuously improve and learn
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in customer service, administration, data entry, marketing/PR, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in using online tools and software, such as CRM systems and project management tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Compensation and Benefits
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect to earn:
- $2.50 - $75.00 per online survey
- Hourly pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
