Job Summary
As a Technical Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and customer care to external users of arenaflex's technical products and services. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with QuickBooks, research, and provide resolution to questions and problems
- Troubleshoot issues that are technical in nature, including hardware, software, and networking
- Solve problems that may be unstructured and require the use of conceptual thinking skills
- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and its features
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
