Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. As the first point of contact for our policyholders, you will play a vital role in providing personalized service, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations. Key Responsibilities
