Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment * Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues * Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns * Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested * Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High school graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months of call center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12 Mbps
