The Role

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for:

  • Studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base.
  • Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.
  • Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining high-ability sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain high requirements of delivery, customer enjoyment, and business objectives.
  • Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to attract key marketplace players to our e-commerce platform.

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-ability sellers to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide guidance and support to dealers to help them achieve high requirements of delivery, customer enjoyment, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor problems and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor efforts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required.

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
  • Commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus.

  • 3 years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus.
  • 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus.
