Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
