Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote part-time DCP team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, building relationships with clients, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, chats, and emails, resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Investigate and resolve a variety of post-purchase issues, including order inquiries, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order alerts.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex client issues in a first-contact resolution approach.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to find the most effective solutions to address client concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
