As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, making positive interactions with our clients every day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex services
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
  • Document important record data according to established policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a virtual customer care environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
