BIM Lead

We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects. This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. You will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines. Your role goes beyond execution—you will influence modeling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines advanced modeling capabilities with solid experience overseeing documentation workflows, driving cross-disciplinary coordination, and proactively addressing complex technical challenges. This role calls for a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with confidence and clarity. Minimum mandatory requirements include:

• An excellent level of English is an absolute must, both spoken and written. Aspiring candidates must be able to keep up with fluent conversations both with native and non-native speakers. Candidates without this requirement will NOT be considered.
• Solid experience modeling HVAC, plumbing and piping in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction. This can include things like process piping, ductwork and sheet metal, and mechanical equipment (_pumps_, AHUs, RTUs, chillers and boilers), and for plumbing, domestic water, sanitary drainage and gray water, stormwater, medical gases, and compressed air lines, pumps, heaters and hangers.
• Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks (Revizto can also be considered but Navisworks will be prioritized), knowledge of BIM coordination, clash report, QAQC and model accuracy.
• A mechanical or civil engineering bachelors degree (architects could be considered but only if they have extensive experience modeling and coordinating MEP trades themselves).

Mandatory Requirements

• An excellent command of English—both spoken and written—is absolutely essential.
• Engineering degree (civil or mechanical).
• +5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.
• Skilled in QAQC, with the ability to anticipate issues by leveraging team members’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Strong understanding of project' end-to-end scope, kick-off and set up, requirements, applicable standards, and all related technical documentation.
• Experience managing project budgets, with a strong focus on cost control and alignment with project objectives.
• Experience managing teams of modelers and dealing directly with clients.
• Excellent communicational skills.
• Experience with U.S.-based construction projects.
