Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, driving business decisions and informing content development strategies. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions and content development strategies.

• Examine user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content release strategies.
• Develop and implement data-driven insights to improve content delivery and episode release schedules.
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to partners to drive business growth and innovation.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights through compelling storytelling and data visualization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering).
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., SAS, R).
• Passion for media and entertainment, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends and challenges.
