Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in providing top-level experiences to our clients when they need it most. You will be responsible for thoughtfully helping clients navigate a range of post-purchase issues, including moving inquiries, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order alerts. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, working to build relationships with clients who contact us through inbound calls, chats, and messages. Key Responsibilities

  • Show endurance and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift consistently
  • Handle a high volume of calls, managing approximately 50-60 calls per shift in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet our unparalleled performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, achieving client support efficiency metrics, and meeting various commitments as assigned
  • Masterfully connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and messages
  • Listen actively and show empathy, focusing on understanding client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the most appropriate response
  • De-escalate client concerns, using your skills to mediate and find solutions that meet the client's needs while adhering to company policies
  • Think critically to handle client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts
  • Be adaptable and perform various tasks, including navigating multiple programs, tabs, and tools, and isolating requests to quickly and accurately answer questions
  • Raise principal issues, helping us continually improve and providing feedback to the organization on areas for improvement

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages
  • Have experience working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Be available to attend our 100% required training, with no misses, absences, or tardiness allowed during this time

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
