Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Admin/Assistant. This junior-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Data Entry/Admin/Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Admin/Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • Assist with data validation, verification, and quality control to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize and manage digital and physical files, documents, and records.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members and assist with daily office operations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments or meetings as required.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office functions and workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and administrative procedures.

Experience

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with typical working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is available depending on the team's needs.
