As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat, responding to their questions, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently
  • Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing customers with valuable information and recommendations
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of productivity
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, representing blithequark in a manner that reflects our values and mission
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the overall success of the team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and technologies, and a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a clear and concise manner
