Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently
  • Explaining insurance benefits and answering policy questions clearly and accurately
  • Assisting clients with claims, policy updates, and general support in a timely and courteous manner
  • Building strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication
  • Utilizing digital tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate records and meet performance goals
  • Conducting virtual meetings and consultations from your home office to provide personalized support and guidance
  • Meeting individual and team performance goals, with opportunities for career advancement based on performance, not tenure

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college students/grads welcome)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Compensation and Benefits
