Responsibilities

As an Experienced Transportation Representative - Executive Customer Relations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Investigating and resolving escalated delivery issues and complaints, collaborating with internal teams such as Logistics, Customer Service, and Executive Relations
  • Drafting detailed and professional responses on behalf of executive leadership, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Monitoring critical metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Documenting case history and insights to improve future processes and optimize logistics efficiency
  • Participating in regular team updates and continuous improvement discussions to drive innovation and excellence

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
