Key Responsibilities

Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and databases.

Assist with recruitment processes such as job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless experience.

Prepare and distribute HR documents such as employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks.

  • *

Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and verifying attendance data.

  • *

Organize and maintain HR files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and training sessions.

Generate HR reports and assist with data entry tasks using HRIS or other systems.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors as required.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or HRIS systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setup.

Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
