Daily Tasks

* Log into the blithequark chat application and respond to customer messages

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, selection, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support provided

Training and Support

* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
