About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive exceptional support. Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls to provide personalized support and guidance
• Answer questions and guide customers through their benefit options, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information
• Maintain up-to-date and organized client records using internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset, resolving issues and exceeding client expectations
• Collaborate with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow, leveraging technology to stay connected and productive
What You Bring
• You're 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No previous insurance or customer service experience? That's okay—we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed
• Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Tech comfort: able to use tools like Zoom, email, and digital tracking systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
