Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate – Seasonal Work from Home Opportunity, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, and you'll be expected to maintain a high level of energy and initiative to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season."

Key Responsibilities

* Answer escalated emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Work queues related to orders not shipping, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide support
  • Process TrustArc Requests and maintain accurate records
  • Provide order updates to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and initiative to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season"
  • Experience utilizing the telephone in customer contact
  • Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
  • Seasonal positions start in October- through December, with the possibility of overtime
  • WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a seasonal or temporary role

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
