Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Live Chat Support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer interactions in live chat: You will leverage data insights to identify patterns and areas for improvement, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support experience.
  • Developing predictive models: You will create and deploy predictive models to enhance response efficiency, automate support processes, and optimize chatbot interactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with our product, engineering, and support teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Monitoring key support metrics: You will track and analyze key support metrics, generating insightful reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilizing machine learning and AI techniques: You will apply machine learning and AI techniques to optimize chatbot interactions, ensuring that our customers receive personalized and effective support.
  • Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance: You will ensure that our data is secure, compliant with industry best practices, and accurately reflects our customer interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field: A strong foundation in data science, computer science, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or AI-driven customer support solutions: You will need to demonstrate a track record of success in data analysis, machine learning, or AI-driven customer support solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools: You will need to be proficient in at least one programming language and have experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets: You will need to be able to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with NLP and chatbot optimization is a plus: While not required, experience with NLP and chatbot optimization will be a significant advantage in this role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: You will need to be able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
