Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Assistant – Instant Lead Calling & Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you will be responsible for calling new leads instantly, following up with existing customers, and documenting every call attempt, conversation, and customer response. Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant – Instant Lead Calling & Customer Follow-Up Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling each new lead immediately when it comes in (within seconds/minutes) to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversions.
  • Following up with customers twice per day at different, random times to increase contact chances and drive business results.
  • During downtime, calling through our existing leads list and reaching as many people as possible to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Documenting every call attempt, conversation, and customer response in our CRM or tracking system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Recording any excuses, objections, or reasons customers give for delaying decisions to help us refine our sales strategy.
  • Keeping all notes organized and up-to-date in our CRM or tracking system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting daily results and any trends noticed during calls to help us optimize our sales strategy and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Availability: Must be consistently available during 9 AM – 7 PM CST (U.S.) to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversions.
  • Instant Response: Able to respond instantly to new lead notifications to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversions.
  • Clear Communication: Clear English speaking skills with a professional phone presence to ensure effective communication and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Reliable Equipment: Reliable internet and a quality headset to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and tracking of customer interactions.
  • Results-Focused Mindset: Persistent, results-focused mindset to drive business growth and maximize conversions.
