Base pay range $89,900.00/yr - $160,600.00/yr You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities

• Enhancement and maintenance of existing enterprise NLP technologies and extension of those systems to new clinical domains and applications
• Working on the augmentation of various clinical knowledge resources (lexicons, nomenclatures, hierarchies, ontologies and rule systems) underlying the core NLP and AI modules
• Evaluating the performance of those components on clinical documents at scale in production environments
• Generating and interpreting domain/solution analytics in collaboration with engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computational Linguistics or Computer Science
• 7+ years of overall professional industry experience
• 7+ experience in Java or C#, Python, and SQL
• 5+ years of NLP development experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Cloud environment preferably AWS
• 1+ years of experience with Prompt Engineering
• Proven solid understanding of Medical terminology & coding
• Experience interfacing and presenting to senior management, clients, and clinicians

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Computational Linguistics or Computer Science
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS or Azure, GitHub, CI/CD
• Experience in working with voice to text technologies like MModal, Suki or Dax (Dragon)
• Experience working with ontologies
