You will sit at the intersection of data science, betting markets and competitive gaming, safeguarding millions of dollars in turnover and the credibility of tournaments watched by global audiences.
- Own the 24/7 surveillance of our live betting ecosystem. Using state-of-the-art BI dashboards, you will profile bettors in real time, flag suspicious stake patterns and escalate potential match-fixing before it impacts market prices or customer trust.
- Become the go-to expert on betting anomalies. You will design and refine detection rules, back-test them against historical data and present concise, actionable insights to traders, integrity partners and tournament organizers within minutes of discovery.
- Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with our international trading team. When odds move unexpectedly, you will trace the root cause—be it sharp money, leaked information or technical error—and recommend position adjustments that protect company margin and customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with external clients—bookmakers, platform providers and integrity monitors—explaining risk decisions in plain English and building the transparent relationships that keep Oddin.gg the preferred data supplier in esports.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis and lightweight reports that turn raw data into stories executives can act on. From weekend shift summaries to deep-dive investigations, your work will be read by stakeholders on three continents and directly influence product roadmap and policy.
- Champion fair play across Dota 2, League of Legends, CS:GO, Valorant and emerging titles. Your vigilance ensures that every bet placed on our feed reflects genuine competitive integrity, reinforcing Oddin.gg’s reputation as the gold standard in esports risk management.

Requirements
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret large data sets and spot non-obvious patterns
- Willingness to learn betting strategies, odds probability and risk detection techniques on the job
- Time flexibility for shift work including evenings and weekends to cover global esports calendars
- English communication at B1 level or higher for daily client interaction
- Residence in the Czech or Slovak Republic
- Prior experience in esports, traditional sports betting, banking risk or related analytical roles is a strong plus
