Paid Media Strategist

You’ll blend strategic thinking with AI powered optimization to elevate campaigns across channels and industries, supporting both Designity’s internal growth and client success. ‍ If you’re energized by building data-driven paid strategies, testing bold ideas, and optimizing campaigns with clarity and precision, this role is made for you. ‍ Your Role:

• Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels.
• Create and optimize copy and creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests to refine targeting, messaging, and bidding.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to boost ROAS.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and forecast spend with accuracy.
• Support ABM initiatives with hyper-targeted paid campaigns.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience across B2B and B2C.
• Proven success driving qualified leads and pipeline acceleration.
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social platforms.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for targeting, automation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Analytical, results-driven mindset focused on CPL, SQL growth, and ROAS.
