The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. The Amazon Publisher Monetization team is charged with inventing new advertising experiences for advertisers. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large company where teams experiment, fail fast, learn, and scale rapidly. The right candidate will possess a strong technical program management background, and have demonstrated experience leading large programs. As a leader on the team you will own and drive projects across teams within Amazon advertising. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. You will lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts collaborating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions in an agile environment. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
