Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Handle and redirect inquiries from clients and visitors. Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company services and offerings. Schedule appointments and meetings, managing the company calendar efficiently. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Support the team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and visitors. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
