As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of our product for new customers, while providing top-notch technical support and driving product adoption.   • Be the Face of WhatConverts: Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process, answering immediate questions, and establishing positive customer relationships.
  • Onboarding and Support: Host onboarding calls, support sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure new customers can effectively use our product.
  • Analytical Review: Conduct analytical reviews of customer usage during trial periods, identifying opportunities to optimize product adoption and ensuring customers gain maximum benefit from our solution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Support and Sales teams to provide assistance with support requests, sales inquiries, and upselling opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Develop and execute creative, customer-focused solutions to complex problems, leveraging your technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Customer Success: Foster long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional support, guidance, and training to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications:

  • Location: Must be located in the EST time zone.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a combination of corporate onboarding and technical support roles, with previous SaaS experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics experience; prior hands-on experience working within a CRM.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and data organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Frontend Development: 2+ years of experience working with a modern frontend stack (JS, React, etc.).
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales-related role.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
