Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Client Support Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our clients and our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our Operational Manager to coordinate projects and develop high-performing teams
  • Providing onsite and in-field services to clients, including sales, promotional services, and customer service
  • Running operations for our major sectors and creating logistics for direct marketing campaigns
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through one-on-one interactions based on leads provided by clients
  • Gaining knowledge of our clients' marketing and branding strategies and applying this knowledge to develop customized marketing strategies

Skills and Training As an Entry Level Client Support Manager, you'll receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. Some of the key skills you'll learn include:
