[Remote] Principal Consultant, S/4 Finance Solutions

As the Principal Consultant for S/4HANA Solutions, you will deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions, guide clients through their transformation journey, and establish Argano as a trusted partner in digital transformations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to meet client needs across various modules with expertise in Finance (FICO).
- Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend appropriate SAP S/4HANA functionalities that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.
- Understand and address the unique challenges of clients, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with their strategic business goals.
- Assessment services for our customers moving to digital transformation leveraging SAP S/4 solutions.
- Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS rules.
- Strong and deep knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to roll sleeves up and configure the system to support the Project Team and Client.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets Argano’s high standards and client expectations.
- Guide clients through change management processes associated with SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, trends, and best practices to maintain Argano’s leadership in SAP solutions.
- Share insights and best practices with clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple core modules.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO), with a major on the Core Finance area (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Capital Projects).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex SAP implementation projects.
- Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments.
- Understanding of ASC Rules.
- Ability to present End to End Business Processes.
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% to client sites.
- An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly valued.
