The ideal candidate will possess a strong and diverse skillset, including proficiency in ad analytics, familiarity with advanced tracking tools like Hyros, and a strategic mindset for creating compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels to drive client success. Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including ad copywriting, targeting, and creative development, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Utilize advanced tracking software (Hyros, etc.) to analyze campaign performance and customer attribution accurately, informing data-driven decisions that drive results. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences to enhance engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions, continuously optimizing campaign performance. Monitor ad spend, analyze campaign data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs and ROI goals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and insights to clients regularly, providing actionable recommendations for future campaign optimization. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for Facebook, YouTube, and other paid media, maintaining a competitive edge and driving innovation. Requirements: Proven experience managing Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns with a track record of delivering results and driving client success. Expertise in paid media strategies, budgeting, and analytics, with a strong understanding of how to leverage data to inform campaign decisions. Proficiency in using tracking and attribution tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, and platform-specific analytics dashboards, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions and drive campaign optimization.
