  • * Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • * Verify data for completeness and correctness, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • * Assist in generating and distributing reports as required by different departments.
  • * Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • * Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
  • * Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • * Support the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • * Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, organizing, and managing documentation.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience:
  • * No prior experience required; however, any experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
  • * Familiarity with data entry software or database management systems is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position.
  • * Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
  • * Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • * Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
