Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for transcribing source data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems, verifying data integrity, and ensuring compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Transcribes source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents Follows established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP) and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities Answers queries within EDC system in a timely manner Assists the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards Prepares and scans documents into EDC systems and ERAs database Assists the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma High attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Flexible during the company's growth stage Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members Desired Skills & Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following desired skills and qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in data entry Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Experience with Microsoft Office Knowledge of research EDC systems preferred (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc..)
