Customer Support Representative (Night Shift 12-month contract)

Please note that it's a fixed-term 12-month contract. We're looking for 2 New Team Members:Working hours: Sunday through Thursday from 12 am to 8 amWorking hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 12 am to 8 amWhat you’ll deliver: Interact every day with SmartRecruiters customers to answer questions, resolve issues, educate, and help them succeedProvide exceptional customer support for our global clientsEducate and advise customers on standards, tips, and solutions for using SmartRecruitersDrive high levels of customer satisfactionIdentify, test, and call out technical issuesCollaborate closely with all parts of the organization, including product management, engineering, and professional services teams, to contribute, and execute our strategy to make customers successfulGet involved and lead various projects in the support and services domainBe an ambassador for SmartRecruiters and its cultureBachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experienceAbility to interact and communicate professionally and confidently with a diverse customer baseCustomer support/call center experience, preferably in the Enterprise SAAS spaceExcellent computer skills; must have a high degree of accuracy in both spelling and grammarMotivated self-starter capable of taking initiative, handling objections, and negotiating tough situationsA passion for technology and a drive to change the worldPositive, energetic, can-do attitudeExcellent English skill is a mustFluent French and/or German a plusSmartRecruiters is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
