What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and service via chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via chat to provide excellent service and support
  • Answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our platform
  • Processing orders, payments, and other basic service requests
  • Maintaining a professional, helpful, and friendly tone at all times
  • Following company procedures and service standards
