Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front line of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their meal orders. You'll work closely with our clients, case managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders

  • Address questions, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
  • Document all conversations with clients into our client information database
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
  • Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of previous call center experience

  • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Visual perception to perform job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
