Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience every time
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
• Work with our food program to provide a seamless experience for our customers
• Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, demonstrating your commitment to our team and our customers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease

• Retail and customer service experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
• Entry-level management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
