Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You will be responsible for handling emergency road service calls, resolving escalated issues, and working with customers to locate service providers in their area. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your specific duties will include:

  • Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
  • Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
  • Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
  • Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
  • Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work quickly, fix problems, and be nice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Work from home experience preferred
  • History of great attendance
  • Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills
  • Must be articulate and professional
  • Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
