Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including but not limited to: + Booking and reservation-related issues + Payment and billing-related issues + Cancellation and refund-related issues + General product and service-related questions

  • Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Word + Microsoft Excel + Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with a diverse customer base, including but not limited to:

+ International customers + Customers with disabilities + Customers with complex needs

Requirements to Work from Home

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work

  • Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download; the faster the better! + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates

  • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications

What We Offer

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

  • An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
