As a Data Entry Clerk - 3rd Shift, you will play a critical role in driving success by accurately and efficiently inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 3rd shift at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot erroneous data. Key Responsibilities: Input Time and Production Data: Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time). Generate and Distribute Reports: Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time). Analyze System Output: Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time). File Paperwork: File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time). Other Projects: Participate in other projects as assigned (5% of time). Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Previous Clerical/Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role. 10-Key Experience: Experience with 10-key data entry (fast and accurate). Math Skills: Good math skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills. Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry software and systems. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Competencies: Technical/Functional Competence: Ability to accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks. Drives Results: Ability to meet productivity and quality standards. Analysis & Judgment: Ability to analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data. Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
