  • Lead the planning and execution of North America Event Experiences, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and premium activations.
  • Developing event briefs/strategy in partnership with Brand Marketing, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Resource Planning

  • Create and manage the resourcing plan for the event portfolio, including hiring and supervising Independent Contractors to meet project demands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with key partners, including Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, RBE, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing, to align with KPIs and business goals.

Agency Partnership Management

  • Manage relationships with event agencies, ensuring successful collaboration and execution of deliverables.
  • Oversee on-site operations during events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Risk Mitigation & Safety

  • Partner with agencies to develop and implement comprehensive safety and risk management plans, ensuring seamless event execution and emergency preparedness.

Consumer Insights

  • Leverage an understanding of consumer segments, industry trends, and experiential marketing insights to elevate event experiences and align with brand strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ year’s event experience
  • Experience and success in running highly complex cross functional projects
  • Budget management experience
  • Retail experience valued

Compensation and Benefits

Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-135,900 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
