Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and concise information about products, services, and policies
- Researching and resolving complex customer issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and activities staff, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Online business administration certification or equivalent
- Experience with writing and communication, including a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
