Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Professional at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality data entry services, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate input of data into various sales systems, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to quality standards.
  • Verifying that all necessary data is received to process the Group Enrollment Form (GEF), following established procedures and protocols.
  • Identifying areas for quality improvement and suggesting processes and procedures to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
  • Processing Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) for renewals, revisions, terminations, and other related activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Serving as the primary internal contact for Enrollment and premium billing, providing support and guidance to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Account Managers on new sales, renewals, revisions, and terminations of group business, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma is strongly preferred, demonstrating a foundation in basic education and skills.
  • Previous experience in a data entry related position is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to work accurately and efficiently with data.
  • Managed care experience is preferred, although not essential, as it can provide valuable insight into the industry and its specific requirements.
  • Previous customer service experience is also preferred, highlighting your ability to communicate effectively and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access, is highly preferred, as you will be working extensively with these tools to perform data entry tasks.

At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.00/hr, recognizing the value and importance of your contributions to our team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office, providing a balance between flexibility and face-to-face interaction.
