Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Compliance Processor I at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of data entry and paperwork verification related to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and other blithequark programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transferring data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy
- Auditing and reviewing all required CACFP documentation and systems for compliance compared to state and federal laws, as well as blithequark policies and procedures
- Submitting state claims and internal reports timely, accurately, and according to all guidelines
- Accurately entering data from state websites and internal forms
- Bringing up compliance concerns and contributing to the resolution of any issues that arise
- Reviewing menus from blithequark's centers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Clerical and/or office experience preferred
- 10-Key proficiency preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- Experience working with excel spreadsheets and other data entry software
- Familiarity with CACFP regulations and policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
