Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution

  • Provide an optimum level of service, advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communications skills)
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field (not required but appreciated)

  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Windows and MS Office
  • Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment with a diverse team
