Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our merchants and customers. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve overall performance on all metrics

  • Show imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
  • Be an understudy of the business: seek ways to develop and learn about the business
  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
  • Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
  • Answer and address escalations from clients and workers

* Appreciates diagnosing issues and creating innovative ways to tackle difficulties

  • Is client-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical ability
  • Thrives in a climate where they are continually mastering new skills and can apply them to their daily work
  • Is proficient in using Google Sheets or able to perform data analysis
  • Functions well in both solo and team-based environments

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in an office climate

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
